The availability of the products offered by Motedis SL may vary depending on customer demand. Despite the fact that Motedis SL updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer could be out of stock at that moment.
In case of non-execution due to unavailability, Motedis SL at the moment it becomes aware of this situation will notify the client, by means of an email or by means of contact facilitated. The period of this communication will not exceed in any case the period stipulated for the delivery of the order. In these cases, when Motedis SL does not have, nor can it have the product within the stipulated period for the delivery of the order, it may give the client two possible solution options: 1) Supply the client, without increase price, a product with similar characteristics or of superior quality; 2) Proceed to refund the amounts paid by the buyer for the canceled order.
