You can use the attached sample revocation form, which is not required.
The easiest way to cancel your order is to send a message in the corresponding order in the Control Center.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is enough that you send the communication about the exercise of your right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will owe you all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of shipping than the one offered by us, you have chosen the most economical standard shipping) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.
For this return we use the same means of payment that you used with the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any commission for this return.
We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish the nature, properties and functionality of the goods
In the case of deliveries of goods that are manufactured according to the customer's specifications or clearly adapted to personal needs or that are not suitable for return by their nature or can spoil quickly or whose expiration date has passed the earth.
